eNPS

eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) is the employee loyalty index: the share of promoters minus detractors.

eNPS measures how willing employees are to recommend the company as a place to work on a 0–10 scale. Promoters (9–10) minus detractors (0–6) give an index from −100 to +100. The trend and per-unit breakdown matter more than the absolute number.
