HRM
HRM (Human Resource Management) is the practice and software of managing people across the employee lifecycle.
HRM (Human Resource Management) covers the whole employee lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, training, performance, rewards and offboarding. In IT it also names a class of systems (an HRM platform) that unite these processes; an HRIS usually means the underlying database, while HRM is the management layer on top of it.
