IDP
An IDP (Individual Development Plan) is a personal growth plan for an employee: development goals, actions and timelines.
An Individual Development Plan (IDP) captures which skills and competencies an employee will build, through what actions (training, projects, mentoring) and by when. It is usually drawn up with the manager based on a review and links personal goals to business needs.
