Terms of use

Subject

These Terms of Use govern access to the Talantiq platform provided through self-serve registration on the Talantiq website.

By accepting the Terms at registration, the customer confirms the authority to act on behalf of its organisation and to enter into a contract on its terms.

Account

The customer is solely responsible for the safekeeping of the administrator credentials and for any actions taken under that account. Suspected loss of access must be reported to support immediately.

A trial period is granted for the term shown on the registration page. After the trial ends, access continues under a paid plan or is suspended.

Acceptable use

The platform is provided for the customer’s internal HR processes. The following are not permitted: sharing access with third parties without the Provider’s consent, attempts to bypass the technical limits of the plan, and use of the platform for purposes that violate applicable law.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

The limitation of liability does not extend to the personal data protection obligations set out in the Data Processing Addendum and applicable law.

Changes to these terms

The Provider may amend the Terms of Use, notifying active customers at least 30 calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that period means acceptance of the new edition.

Governing law

The governing law is the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved in the court at the place of registration of the Provider, unless the parties agree otherwise.
