Distribution Centre Shift Supervisor

The 9,800 m² Nordvik Group distribution centre serves stores in Almaty and the Almaty region: ambient storage, chilled and frozen chambers. Location: Almaty region, Iliysky district (shuttle from Sayakhat). Shift pattern 2/2, day and night shifts. Responsibilities: run inbound, picking and dispatch during the shift (up to 180 pallets); manage a crew of 25–30 — allocation, briefing, productivity control; maintain the cold chain and product adjacency; work in the WMS (tasks, stock counts, discrepancies); enforce health and safety around reach trucks and stackers. Requirements: 2+ years as a senior storekeeper, area manager or shift supervisor in a class A/B warehouse; hands-on WMS experience (Manhattan, 1C:WMS, Solvo or similar); understanding of FIFO/FEFO and bin storage; readiness for shift work; Russian, Kazakh is a plus. Nice to have: forklift licence, multi-temperature warehouse experience, lean basics.
