Courses, learning paths and training assignment
Courses are built from materials and tests, while learning paths set their order for a role or position. Training assignment sends a course to an employee or a group; employees learn online at their own pace, and progress and deadlines are visible to both the employee and their manager.
In-course tests and certificates
In-course tests check that the material was absorbed and record the result. On course completion the employee gets a certificate, and the learning history is kept in their profile.
AI course summary and a chat tutor over the materials
AI builds a summary from the course materials so employees can refresh the essentials before a test. The chat tutor answers questions strictly from the course materials; AI runs on Claude by default, with a self-hosted option for data residency.
Per-role skill-gap and shared data
Per-role skill-gap compares the skills a position requires with the training completed and shows what to teach next. Employee, position and access data are shared across the platform — no double entry: hire → onboarding → learning.
