Employee Survey Software

Talantiq collects feedback through a survey builder: anonymous surveys with k-anonymity and CONFIDENTIAL mode, scheduled survey cycles and AI response analytics — on the same data and permissions as the rest of your HR processes.

Survey builder and templates

Assemble a survey from different question types in the builder or start from a ready-made template. Engagement surveys, pulse surveys and one-off feedback collections are configured without a developer.

Anonymous surveys: k-anonymity and CONFIDENTIAL mode

CONFIDENTIAL mode hides the link between a response and the respondent, and k-anonymity withholds a slice until it has at least the set number of responses. This protects anonymity in small teams and makes answers more candid.

Survey cycles and AI response analytics

Survey cycles launch collection on a schedule and compare waves against each other. AI themes group open-text answers into themes, and analytics shows distributions and trends by slice; results export to CSV/xlsx.

Shared data and permissions across HR

Surveys run on the same org structure and permissions as the other modules — segments by department and position come from shared data with no double entry. An isolated instance and a separate database keep responses inside your perimeter; access is governed by RBAC/ABAC.

FAQ

How anonymous are anonymous surveys?

In CONFIDENTIAL mode responses are not linked to the respondent, and k-anonymity hides a slice until it has at least the threshold number of responses — an individual result cannot be reconstructed.

How do survey cycles work?

A cycle runs a survey on a schedule and repeats it in waves, while analytics compares results across waves and slices so you can see the trend.

Where do participants and segments come from?

From the platform’s shared org structure: departments, positions and reporting lines are pulled from unified data with no separate import, and access to results is limited by RBAC/ABAC roles.
