A contract moves through statuses from draft to active, with two-sided signatures and uploads of scanned signed copies. Change history and addenda link back to the original contract, so it is clear what changed and when.

Contract templates carry the requisites of the organization and placeholders that pull employee data from the platform. A contract is generated from a template without manual copying — requisites and personal data come from the single base.
